Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo, ottima la posizione, personale della reception molto gentile, le camere sono abbastanza pulite, note negative : in 3 gg non mi è stato mai rifatto il letto ne hanno mai cambiato i bicchieri in dotazione in camera che usavamo. I corridoi sono in alcuni punti un po’ fatiscenti , comunque se non si hanno grosse pretese può essere una buona scelte

H?tel très bien situé, à proximité de toutes les curiosités, restaurants, Vitosha bld, et transports en commun. La personne à l'accueil parle anglais et est très gentille. La suite était très bien avec une belle salle de bain. Produits de toilette et bouteilles d'eau à disposition. Le sauna état en supplément mais quand on a voulu payer lors de notre départ, la dame nous a dit que c'était gracieusement offert. Le seul bémol, les plats du petit déjeuner étaient froids (oeufs etc) sinon petit déjeuner correct avec tout ce qu'il faut....

Staff mostly friendly. Condition of hotel not great frankly, but then again the price was lower than some of those i compared with. But not that well maintained, and a few things could be better with a bit more effort on maintanance, etc.

Questo hotel, dove ho soggiornato per una sola notte tre giorni fa, ha destato in me più di qualche perlìplessità. Lo avevo prenotato con largo anticipo chiedendo una stanza con due letti separati. Già trovo fastidioso il fatto che rispondano che la stanza con due letti separati è soggetta a disponibilità e non può esssere garantita; capisco per una prenotazione all'ultimo momento, ma se la prenotazione è stata effettuata con largo anticipo perché non dovrebbe essere possibile garantirla? Una volta arrivati, ovviamente la stanza con due letti separati non era disponibile, così ci hanno assegnato uno studio con un letto matrimoniale e, a fianco, nell'anticamera, un divano letto aperto con uno scomodissimo letto a una piazza che va forse bene per un bambino. Il letto matrimoniale, essendo solo per una persona, aveva sul materasso un lenzuolo a una sola piazza ancora da stendere. Già non capisco perché un quattro stelle non debba avere il lettto bell'e preparato, ma quello che mi ha infastidito è che il mio letto matrimoniale avesse un solo cuscino e un lenzuolo a una sola piazza ancora da rimboccare. Senza neanche una coperta nel caso ci fosse un po' di freddo (come in effetti c'era). La moquette sul pavimento era molto datata e in condizioni igieniche precarie. L'unica cosa che salverei di questo albergo, con rapporto qualità prezzo non conveniente, è la prima colazione. Il buffet era molto assortito, sia di dolce che di salato..

Dated and a tiny bit dusty but other than that a great place for a quick stay that’s very conveniently located.

This hotel is like an oyster. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside it's got everything you need. Nice reception, friendly staff, rooms basic but well designed. Facilities are in good working order, including airco and h/c water, even the mini bar is stocked. Just one critique: only one elevator.

Hotel a pochi passi dal centro, molto pulito è silenzioso offre una colazione molto abbondante dolce e salato il personale della reception sempre molto gentile si è messo a disposizione per organizzarci un tour all'ultimo momento. Location consigliata.

Hotel in una posizione strategica per raggiungere i posti da vedere.a 10 minuti a piedi si trovano alcune delle migliori atteazioni della città e la fermata della metro. Personale disponibile e gentile e hotel molto curato in ogni dettaglio.

Allora , l' hotel è abbastanza centrale, reception h24 e disponibili! A mio avviso non è pulitissimo, abbiamo trovato abbastanza capelli nel letto ed altre cose non pulitossime, perciò l'igiene è da rivedere assolutamente a mio avviso..
